A 19 year old accused of robbing and torching a north west pub remains behind bars after fronting court today.

James Kenneth Oats from Burnie is one of three teens accused of stealing from the Top Of The Town Hotel in Burnie early Saturday before allegedly setting it on fire, causing around $100,000 worth of damage.

Oats will reappear in the Burnie Magistrate's in two weeks, while a 17 and 18 year old will face court at a later date.
