A multi-million-dollar upgrade will double the size of Launceston Airport’s check-in hall.
Self-service check-in counters and improved security are expected to be installed by the year’s end.

Almost 1.3 million passengers visited Launceston Airport in the last year and that number is project to reach 2.5 million by 2040.
Bonza Airlines announced last week it will start a tri-weekly Launceston-Gold Coast service in November.
