CCTV released by the local municipality shows the dog trotting along a street with a bag of rubbish held firmly in its mouth before gently placing it on the roadside.
Officials say the footage was recorded on consecutive days, each time showing the dog following the same route as if completing a well‑rehearsed task. According to investigators, the owner had allegedly trained the animal to dispose of waste in unauthorised areas to avoid proper rubbish collection fees.
