Campania man James Kenneth Austin has pleaded not guilty to murdering Jacqui Purton by running her over with a car at a Native Corners Road property in March.
The mother-of-four died from fatal injuries at the scene.
Its alleged a police family violence order was in place against the 38-year-old accused at the time.

Chief Magiatrate Catherine Geason remanded Austin in custody until June 14 for a Supreme Court appearance and eventual trial
He’ll also answer separate driving and drugs charges dating back to November on June 19.
