An environment group’s last-ditch bid to stop a tailings dam expansion near Rosebery is back in court today.
The Bob Brown Foundation is appealing a previous Supreme Court ruling that the Tasmanian Government was able to grant miner MMG a lease over an access road.
It’s listed for a one-day hearing before the Full Court of the Supreme Court in Hobart.
